BETWEEN CARIBBEAN SOUL AND BALINESE SERENITY
Overlooking Oyster Pond Bay, Dawn Beach and St. Barth, Naya blends Caribbean elegance with Balinese serenity.
Built in tropical red hardwood and fully open to the sea, the villa offers generous living spaces, a mirror pool, a jacuzzi and a large shaded pavilion designed to make the most of the trade winds and breathtaking panoramic views.
Just a short stroll away, several excellent restaurants and two convenience stores allow guests to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Oyster Pond without needing a car — a rare balance of privacy, comfort and Caribbean lifestyle.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom benefits from a private toilet and washbasin located just outside the room, ensuring both comfort and privacy for all guests.
Naya is exclusively reserved for adults and children over the age of 12.
Designed to offer a true sense of freedom and harmony with nature, the property also lends itself to a naturist lifestyle within a private, peaceful and secluded setting.
To preserve the serene and refined atmosphere of the property, parties, private events, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, and similar gatherings are not permitted.
The villa is fully self-sufficient in water thanks to its own private cistern — a valuable comfort under the Caribbean climate — and offers secure parking for up to three vehicles. It is located just 200 meters from the reception of Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond.
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Naya is not simply a vacation rental; it is a private and refined experience designed for those seeking space, tranquility, stunning views and the natural beauty of the Caribbean.
For larger families or groups of friends, Naya can also be combined with the charming Happy Cottage and Sweety Cottage, located on the same property, allowing accommodation for up to 13 guests while preserving everyone's comfort, privacy and independence.
